Faith Solomon, Managing Director and shareholder of Intelligent Placement, has gained 15 years working experience after completing her studies in International Travel and Tourism. After returning from Dubai, in 2003, she formed part of an opening team for the Franschhoek Inn Hotel (now part of the Protea Group), which exposed her to the recruitment and training of staff for the Front of House and House Keeping.
