Faith Solomon, Managing Director and shareholder of Intelligent Placement, has gained 15 years working experience after completing her studies in International Travel and Tourism. After returning from Dubai, in 2003, she formed part of an opening team for the Franschhoek Inn Hotel (now part of the Protea Group), which exposed her to the recruitment and training of staff for the Front of House and House Keeping. This led to her employment with Hospitality Professional where she recruited and managed learners on Hospitality Learnerships and progressed into Project Management. For the last five years leading up to the July 2013, she filled the position of Project Manager for new business developments.
